Private Portfolio Group is a Phoenix multifamily owner-operator since 1998. We buy newly stabilized Class A multifamily communities in job-centric locations with moderate leverage and reserves, with a 10-year hold mindset, and run them through Pillar Communities, our wholly owned management company.
Preservation of Capital
We structure every community to hold through the cycle: low leverage and ample reserves to withstand market fluctuations. Each community is its own single-asset entity, audited annually by KPMG.
Yield
We buy for cash flow, with starting cash flow between 4% and 6%, paid to investors quarterly.
Capital Gain
We sell at opportune points in the market cycle to achieve the results set out in the initial investment plan.
