DAVID G. MANDLEY
Principal
Mr. Mandley joined PrivatePortfolio Group, LLC in 1999 and is a member of Almon Investment Group, LLC, the managing member of PrivatePortfolio Group, LLC. Mr. Mandley has over 49 years of investment business experience including the syndication, acquisition, and development of real estate. He has held senior level executive positions at both public and private companies. Previous to the investment business, he was with IBM for 9 years. Mr. Mandley graduated from the University of Washington in 1967 with a degree in Business Administration.
MELANIE PROCK
Managing Director
President of Pillar Communities
Ms. Prock joined PrivatePortfolio Group in 2000, and for the past 25 years has been responsible for property management operations at Pillar Communities, PPG’s wholly owned management company. She is closely involved in all acquisition
and disposition decisions. Ms. Prock has over 36 years experience in operations, and previously was employed by Archstone Communities for 11 years, a publicly held REIT.
TRACI DENSON

Ms. Denson has been an integral part of PrivatePortfolio Group since 2000, serving as the company’s lead financial and accounting officer. A graduate of Arizona State University and CPA, Traci brings a wealth of experience, having worked at a Big 5 CPA Firm for eight years prior to joining the team. In her role at PrivatePortfolio Group she manages all financial and accounting
responsibilities, oversees insurance matters, and contributes to various operational tasks, ensuring the company’s success and growth.
BRANDON ARNESON
Managing Director
Head of Acquisitions & Dispositions
Mr. Arneson joined PrivatePortfolio Group in 2003. His responsibilities include acquisitions, dispositions, and financing and capital formation packaging as well as investor relations and
reporting for all assets. Mr. Arneson graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy in 1999.

Mr. Mandley joined PrivatePortfolio Group in 2007. He previously was employed by Xerox. He manages capital formation and asset management. Mr. Mandley received a degree from Santa Clara University in 2003, majoring in Finance, and a minor in French and was a 2 time captain in Baseball. In 2011, he received an MBA from ASU’s WP Carrey School of Business. He currently sits on Santa Clara University’s Real Estate Advisory Board.
